Fruit Dip
I made this using Trader Joe's Yogurt Cheese and Organic Fruit Spread, so that's what the points value comes from. In case you were wondering.
4 Tbl Marshmallow Creme
8 Tbl Yogurt Cheese
2 Tbl Strawberry fruit spread
Mix together vigourously with a fork or whisk. (or a hand blender?) Serve with fresh fruit.

Easy Bruchetta
I had about half a baguette going hard, so I decided to make good use of it. These are simple, tasty with a nice topping, and less than a point a piece. Great with Trader Joe's Bruchetta toppings. And, yes, I use real butter in my Cult recipies. It tastes better, is better for you overall, and you aren't using much. Live a little! Gee whiz!
6 oz. of baguette
Olive oil spray
1 Tbl. Butter
1 Tbl. Olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbl. Dried Parsley
1 oz. three cheese blend (Asiago, Parmesan and Romano, grated together)
Slice the baguette diagonally into slices about 1.4 inch thick (about 1/4 oz each) and arrange them on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed lightly with olive oil. Place the butter and garlic together in a small microwave save bowl, and melt the butter in the microwave, stirring once halfway through. Stir the olive oil and parsley into the butter mixture, and brush over the tops of the bread with a pastry brush. When all slices are buttered, dust lightly with the three cheese blend.
Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes or until the tops are slightly golden. Makes 24 bruchetta breads.
